A Message from Ling Ling Chang
I'm proud to share with you that the Governor has signed two of my bills into law:
Combating Cyberbullying in Higher Education (SB 366) Equips students in higher education with preventative and educational information about cyberbullying.
Preventing Safety Mishaps in Human Biohacking (SB 180) Requires sellers of gene therapy kits to include a notice prior to point of sale, as well as a label, stating that DIY gene therapy kits are not intended for self-administration.
As always, please do not hesitate to contact my office if we can be of assistance.
