A Message from Ling Ling Chang

Dear Friends,

Last year the Legislature approved my request to audit the California Lottery. The audit results have finally been released, and the findings demonstrate what we suspected all along: the California Lottery has a culture of profits first and schools last.

They owe our schools millions of dollars and I will be introducing legislation to ensure students get what they are owed. Every dollar wasted by the lottery is another dollar that won’t go to our classrooms – this has to stop.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact my office at 714-671-9474 or
